With more than 35 years of hospitality experience, she brings expertise across branded and independent hotels, including Hilton, Marriott, and Starwood. Her career spans property-level and regional leadership across diverse hotel types and markets, providing a broad perspective on financial management and asset performance. Previously, Nicole served as Vice President of Finance at Aimbridge Hospitality, overseeing full-service hotels nationwide.
