As Vice President of Human Resources, Carolina oversees all HR operations for Kolter Hospitality, including talent acquisition, employee experience, organizational development, compliance, and benefits. With 8 years of hospitality HR experience, Carolina is committed to building high performing, employee focused workplaces. She most recently served as Area Director of Human Resources for Kolter Hospitality’s Southeast region, supporting four properties across all major HR disciplines and contributing to key initiatives. Prior to this role, Carolina held human resources leadership positions at Carillon Miami Wellness Resort and the Clevelander, where she developed expertise in HR operations, recruitment, HRIS management, benefits administration, training, and employee engagement.
